We ship our parcels with 2 days usually. Delivery usually takes around 3-5 working days via courier. You'll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery step-by-step. For our local deliveries, we deliver on Friday's to reduce our carbon footprint.

Can you post laundry liquid to me?

Unfortunately, we can't send pre-filled glass bottles or liquids by post. However, all our other products can be shipped nationwide. If you're local to Burton-upon-Trent, there's a delivery option for pre-filled glass bottles and liquids at checkout. If you have any questions, just drop us a message!

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Absolutely! All our packaging is made from 100% recyclable and biodegradable paperboard, fully certified by the FSC. We use eco-friendly vegetable and water-based inks, plastic-free packing tape, and labels printed on recycled paper. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging at home once you've unpacked your order.
