All orders placed online will be processed and shipped on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. There may be changes to this from time to time, which will be notified on our website.
You will receive a tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.
Please note, standard delivery is between 3-5 days depending on our courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If an item is damaged/broken, please contact at us at orders@graceandmayhome.co.uk, within 7 days of receiving your delivery, with your order number and photos of the damage.
If you have decided the item is not correct or no longer needed, you are able to return the item however, you will be liable for the cost of return postage. Please email us at orders@graceandmayhome for return information.
