Push the Interdental Brush carefully into the space between two teeth. Move the brush horizontally back and forth a few times. Do this carefully. Always use the Interdental Brush without toothpaste, and preferably daily before brushing your teeth. Clean the brush under running water. You should replace the brush after 7 to 14 days.
The bristles for Hydrophil Interdental Sticks need to be disposed of in residual waste. However, once the bristles have been cut off of the bamboo handle, the bamboo handle can biodegrade in your garden or compost.
